US Cups Conversion Table

I write most of my recipes in metric form and use scales to weigh out ingredients, especially with baking, because it is far more accurate. But if you would rather use cups, the chart below will help you convert any non-liquid ingredient into US cups. Feel free to print this page & pin it up in your kitchen.

A US cup is 240ml. Australian, Canadian and South African cups are 250ml. Just use the same cup for measuring all of your ingredients and the proportions will work out.
