Gluten-Free & Vegan Chocolate Strawberries

In the past, I've gone for slightly more elaborate Valentine's Day treats, like these triple chocolate eclairs or these decadent red velvet pancakes. This year, I wanted to give you a Valentine's recipe that is gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan approved and one that won't take ages to prepare!

Perhaps they're a bit cliche, but you'll be hard-pressed to find someone who doesn't enjoy a little chocolate dipped strawberries every now and then! The best thing about this recipe is how completely versatile it is! You don't have to settle for dairy-free chocolate; use your normal milk and white chocolate if you prefer. Or, if you need a sweet treat for a diabetic foodie, opt for sugar-free chocolate instead. No matter what type of chocolate you use, the result will always be the same: a delicious Valentine's treat your sweet will devour!

Here's an added bonus: this time of year, the price of chocolate rivals the cost of gold! Skip the cocoa inflation and present your love with something even more special, a handmade, yummy treat that is a fraction of the cost of a box of chocolates.
