Anyonita,
ReplyDeleteI'm linking up from the windy city--ain't technology grand? I've been fooling around with the carrots from my CSA farm share and I've got a group of carrot recipes to share today. Rustic Roasted Carrots are a simple preparation, but both times I made them we didn't even get the carrots on a serving plate. Too yummy.
I've also made a pretty sushi, blending shredded carrots into the rice, rolled with unagi and avocado. Finally, to share just how versatile a carrot can be, I've made carrot cake muffins--using maple syrup and honey instead of refined sugars, for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Thanks for hosting!
G'day ans thx for hosting such a great party Anyonita!
ReplyDeleteCheers! Joanne
