Anyonita is a Panama-born American expat living in Manchester, England with her husband and son. She is a former news journalist and photographer with a love for good Southern food. She cooks down-to-earth food that is flavorful and that nurtures. On a roadtrip to France (while 6 months pregnant) Anyonita lived off of a diet of French macarons and pastry and has since fallen in love with French patisserie. You can find her on and Pinterest.

  7. Those curried cashews look amazing! We're an ex pat family too. Hubs is from Ireland. I loved the name Callum too! It was on our list. I need to follow your lead and make them eat more table food because oy I should buy stock in Mac N Cheese and Cheerios. They're trying more things lately so that's encouraging.
