Anyonita is a Panama-born American expat living in Manchester, England with her husband and son. She is a former news journalist and photographer with a love for good Southern food. She cooks down-to-earth food that is flavorful and that nurtures. On a roadtrip to France (while 6 months pregnant) Anyonita lived off of a diet of French macarons and pastry and has since fallen in love with French patisserie. You can find her on and Pinterest.

    New job *and* the link up--you are amazing and I am in awe.

    I'm sharing a GF Egg, Hatch Chile and Potato casserole with you--and then I've veered off into the direction of #IceCreamWeek!
    I've got a tutorial on How to Make an Ice Cream Pie at home to start us off, followed by a return to my 'use the vegetables from the farm share' roots with a Chocolate Beet Milkshake. Prizes are up for grabs through the end of the month--and more ice cream recipes are coming!
